problem with my kidneys

     My name is Arun Kumar,from Andhra pradesh.I have a Kidney problem my age is 22. I got the problem in oct-2007 and joined in Global hospital in 2007,they have recognised it  

as       "  MEMBRANOPROLIFERATIVE GLOMERULONEPHRITIS TYPE -2 ",and they had done "DIALYSIS CATHETER INTRODUCED IN ROGHT IJV PLASMA EXCHANGES DONE (TOTAL 5).From that time unwards i am having the "CREATININE-4.5",up to recently also it didnot come down still,so,i kindly request you to give a good solution to my problem and help me to solve my problem.waiting for your reply.hope you will do good help for me.....

The response of MPGN to therapy depends upon many factors; however, a discussion of all of them is beyond the scope of this forum.



In addition to plasmapheresis, I am sure that your treating doctor will have put you on other immunosuppressant medication also. Please discuss these issues with your Nephrologist.
