bad mouth taste & pain in legs middle region

hello sir i am 28 years old male ,74 kg weight. i have UTI culture shows ecoli..then i take antibiotic course for 5 days and burning sensenation and sympotms goes away, culture again also shows negative. then i goes tests dated 15 august: s.creatine 1.30 mg/dl(0.7-1.4),BUN 18.4mg/dl(5-21),hb 13.5g/dl(13-18)blood sugar fasting 90.9mg/dl(70-100), urine examination shows no protein traces no RBC but WBC 1-3,Epithelial cells 2-3.then on date 3 october 2009 test results are s.creatine 1.2mg/dl(0.4-1.4), blood urea 23.5mg/dl(10-45)BUN 11mg/dl(5-20), HB 13mg/dl(13-18), urine results shows no protein traces,pus cells occasional,albumin NIL. test on date 25 october 2009 results s.creatine 1.2mg/dl(0.4-1.4),urine results shows no protein traces, puscells 2-3/HPF.test on date 27 december 2009 (Latest Tests)shows results s.creatine 1.2mg/dl(0.4-1.4),blood urea 32.7mg/dl(10-45),serum uric acid 5.3mg/dl(3.4-7.1),s.calcium 10.5 mg/dl(8.5-10.5),s.phosphorus 4.7 mg/dl(2.6-4.5),s.sodium 144 mmol/L(135-155),s.potassium 5.0 mmol/L(3.5-5.5),s.cholesterol 181.7mg/dl(130-220),total protein 8.3 gm/dl(6.6-8.3),s. albumin 4.9gm/dl(3.5-5.0),s.globulin 3.4 gm/dl(2.5-3.5),A/G ratio 1.441 (1.5-2.5),s.chloride 103mmol/L(98-107),blood glucose fasting 116.2 mg/dl(70-110),urine tests shows no protein traces, pus cells 1-2.my concern is that  are my kidneys are functioning well?presently i have bad mouth taste (some times)and some mild pain in my Thigs of my both legs( no swelling).my urine out flow is okay.please answer my question.
