Now  no immuno supperssion drugs  except 10 mg predinosolone with  BP and supporting drugs is running . Is there any chance of recovery of kidney function.

Answer
Mr. Thakur,

Thanks for asking my help on "Allexperts".

I am sorry to hear that your son is going through so much suffering.

A more detailed kidney biopsy report and a complete list of medications is needed for me to answer your questions. What is your son's daily urine output? What is his creatinine level? Is he back on dialysis?

Sincerely,

Dr. Shah
