Dear Sir,
My fathers right kindey was removed due to some extra mass(tumor )on the lower pole of the kidney last year in june 08.according to the doctors it was not initally affecting him but might would have grown and penetrated its root in the renal area.A week before my father took a complete health test in which his creatinine level has come to be 1.5 fasting and the refrence range of that labortary is in between 0.5 to 1.3.Also in the ultrasound test 2 minor stones have been discovered of 2mm and 3mm each.i am worried if there is any problem which has againg started.Kindly suggest what should be done.My fathers age is 52 and has a muscular body.He has sugar as well (123 fasting)the test we performed.Kindly tell me what precautions should be taken and who can be consulted for this

A careful history, physical examination, lab tests and imaging of the urinary tract are required to diagnose your father's condition. Unfortunately, I cannot do that over the internet.
Please get your father evaluated by a Nephrologist.
