Question
I have had a right sided dull flank pain for about 3 months now. I saw a specialist who performed a CT scan of the right kidney area. The CT was negative. My pain is constant, and I am really uncomfortable. It is interfering with my work and my everyday life. What should I do and what test or direction should I go in next?

A careful history, physical examination, lab tests and a review of your CT scan are required to diagnose your condition. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so over the internet.
