kidney problem

My blood test report is as follows:

Hb-9

creatinine-2.01

protein is very high in 24 hours urine test around 5000

lipid profile is normal

I am diabetic last 20 years but now blood sugar level is within limit

I get my feet and face swollen .

pl advice and comment on this.

A careful history, physical examination, other lab tests and imaging of the urinary tract are required to diagnose your condition. Unfortunately, I cannot do that over the internet.



However, you seem to be suffering from Diabetic Nephropathy. Please get yourself evaluated by a Nephrologist.
