kidney pain

dear sir!

      my name is mir saadat ali ,iam 31 years old. iam in state of TN, I Just move here , sir i have kidney pain 3 or 4 years before in state of maryland very strong pain at night time ,go to hospital doctors say after the check up they said you have kidney stone but its remove already to your urine.

    today AUGUST 17,2009 LAST THREE days again start kidney pain in my left side pain is low but when i breath its heart and still pain i took mortrin tablets but still pain i drink alot of water .

And when i sleep left side no pain ,but i try to sleep stright it pain and if i try to sleep right side its start pain,

iam  also dibatic.please help me i dont have any insurance ,cant afford it please help me
