renal cyst

i am 22 yrs old and i was rejected in the medical examination of indian air force because of renal cyst in right kidey upper pole

of size 28mm x 26mm

can it be cured by medicines or surgery and how many days it will take for recovery

please suggest me a suitable remedy so that i get selected in my next medical
